Order processing

Each piece is hand-finished to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships.

Shipping within Singapore

We ship via SingPost. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50, and a flat $5 on orders below that.

International shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide from Singapore. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location, with rates calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & exchanges

Because our pieces are hand-finished to order, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at riribespokejewelry@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
